The 2020 Ministerium Annual Meeting has been cancelled


The Annual Meeting is the highest governing body of the ECC Ministerium and votes each year on the budget, national officers, motions and resolutions, and oversees other business impacting Covenant Ministers. We also welcome to the Ministerium new members, transfers, candidates for credentialing, and move on all matters related to care and discipline of Ministers during our Business Session. (For more information on the purpose and authority of the Ministerium Annual Meeting, refer to the Ministerium Constitution linked in the "Business Documents" section.) 





NOTE: The 2020 Ministerium Annual Meeting has been cancelled,

in line with the ECC Executive Board's decision to cancel

Gather 2020 due to COVID-19 and related health concerns.

Information for the June 2021 Ministerium Annual Meeting

will be shared on this page later when they're available. 

To register for the Ministerium Annual Meeting please visit The ECC Gather site.  When completing the form, please indicate registration for the Covenant Ministerium Annual Meeting;" the cost will be $25.00, and will meet from 8:30am - 5pm on Thursday June 25th, 2020. 

You may also register at the same time for the 135th Covenant Annual Meeting as a delegate, General Conferee, resource person, etc. The Covenant Annual Meeting will begin Thursday evening June 25th, and convene through Saturday June 27th.

                                                    Meeting Attendance, Space, and Good Standing

The deadline for Ministers to update all elements of their Good Standing is June 18th, 2020; after that members are not able to update their Standing to be eligible to attend/vote at the 2020 Ministerium Annual Meeting. (Also note that you may not pay your dues on site.) 

If there are space constraints, in order to create equitable access for all, only Active and Retired Ministerium Members who are in Good Standing are able to secure attendance and voting privileges at the 2020 Ministerium Annual Meeting. Those who are Inactive, not in Good Standing, or guests who are not Ministerium members are likely not able to attend, and for certain will not have voice/vote at the meeting; guests are only able to attend if approved ahead of time by Ministerium Executive Board Officers. If overflow space is available, we will share that update as we're able. (If you have questions about the attendance policy or already registered/paid for the Ministerium Annual Meeting and are not a member/ineligible to attend, contact the ECC Events office for information and/or a refund.)

This lunch Training Session is for new and returning Regional MA Chairs & Treasurers; all other MA Officers and Association leaders are also welcome.
