Overview

 

The Annual Meeting is the highest governing body of the Ministerium and votes each year on the budget, national officers, motions and resolutions, and oversees other business impacting Covenant Ministers. We also welcome new members, transfers, candidates for credentialing, and move on matters related to care and discipline of ministers as part of our business.

 

Registration

To register for the Ministerium Annual Meeting please visit The ECC Gather site, or go directly to the Gather Events Registration pages at:

When completing the form, please indicate registration for:

  • "Covenant Ministerium Annual Meeting;" the cost will be $25.00, and will meet from 8:30am - 5pm on Thursday June 27th. 

  • You may also register at the same time for the 134th Covenant Annual Meeting as a delegate, General Conferee, resource person, etc.  The Annual Meeting will begin Thursday evening June 27th, and convene through Saturday June 29th.

2019 Meeting Attendance: The deadline for Ministers to update all elements of Good Standing is June 20th, 2019; after that members are not able to update their standing to be eligible to attend/vote at the 2019 Annual meeting. (Also note that you may not pay your dues on site.) 

 

Due to space constraints and creating an equitable framework for all, only Active and Retired Ministerium Members who are in Good Standing are able to secure attendance and voting privileges at the 2019 Annual Meeting. Those who are Inactive or not in Good Standing, or guests who are not members of the Ministerium, are likely not able to attend and for certain will not have voice/vote at the meeting unless invited. If overflow space is available we will share that update as we're able. (If you have questions about the attendance policy or already registered/paid for the Ministerium Annual Meeting and are not a member/ineligible to attend, contact the ECC Events office for information and/or a refund.)

Breakfast

          Cash sales in hotel lobby

  • Cash Sales take place Thursday, June 27th, Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th from 6 am – 9 am

  • We will sell Coffee, muffins and individual yogurts

    • Double Play Bundle – Coffee and Muffin or Yogurt for $5

    • Triple Play Bundle – Coffee, Muffin, and Yogurt for $6.25

Lunch

Cash sales in the hotel lobby to take

  • Cash sales take place Thursday, June 27th, Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm

  • We will sell Pork or Chicken Street Tacos, bottled beverages and lunch salads/sandwiches available at the Corner/Market

  • We will also sell a cherry chicken croissant sandwich and tomato soup special for lunch in Liberty Tavern restaurant

Dinner

No cash sales will take place during dinner.

  • We will have a dinner special Thursday, June 27th, Friday, June 28th and Saturday, June 29th

  • $15 Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans

  • possible 2+ Items to come
