OUR FOCUS
Identity Leadership One Body
The ECC Ministerium is focused on three themes in this season - Identity (always first in Christ, and then also in our particular family of the Covenant), Leadership (elevating our skills and our health as we serve others), and One Body (we are better together and value unity in diversity.) Read further communication from the Ministerium on our blog, hosting past letters and reports to the wider members, and read more about our identity as a Body below.
COVENANT AFFIRMATIONS
The ECC has 6 Affirmations that comprise the center of the ethos of the denomination. HERE
There is a Congregational Curriculum Series Exploring the Covenant Affirmations, including an online link to the DVD giving short 10 min videos to accompany each Affirmation.
COVENANT RESOLUTIONS
The Christian Action Commission presents resolutions on matters of public discipleship for the wider church to be shaped by and resourced around. These resolutions are non-binding and represent the will of particular Annual Meetings, the highest governing body of the ECC. They often include resource lists for practical discipleship, invitations to action, and robust theology meant to build up the local church. For a list of Resolutions, please follow the link here.

THE SIX-FOLD TEST
The 6 fold-Test is a document intended to help hold the denomination accountable to its stated values around ethnic and racial diversity, justice, righteousness, and reconciliation. The original 5-Fold Test was created by leaders of color as a way to measure and encourage ongoing growth related to this commitment.. For more information on the 6-Fold Test, please visit: HERE.
